If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

All items are shipped within 3-5 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If there should be a problem with your item, please let us know within 3 days of receipt, and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. After that time, all sales are final.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item except in cases where the item has been damaged during delivery, lost, or if It’s Your Season made a mistake with your order. We do not issue refunds for taxes.

If there is a problem with your item, it must be returned before we can issue a refund.
