Change?!?

garden seasons

Everything changes. That’s something that many of us don’t like to accept, but it happens. We change, the weather changes, styles change. Just when we get comfortable, something changes.

WHY CHANGE?
Change is necessary for growth. My garden was full of life and blooms in early July, but by mid- September, the bright blooms had faded, the leaves changed colors, and the foliage was fading. All of this happened in preparation for the next season. As the weather changes, the plants adapt and with additional help from me — pruning, soil preparation, and planting — next year’s garden will be even more magnificent.

PARTICIPATE!
I’m learning that if I want to grow and improve, I need to participate, or I will be left behind. Sure, the garden will re-bloom next year, but for a fantastic garden next year, I need to put in some heavy-duty work!

DUH, MY WEBSITE IS OUTDATED AND NEEDS TO CHANGE!
Change happened: social media blew up and e-commerce made it simple to purchase. I finally woke up, and realized that I have to participate, do the heavy-duty work, and update my website. The new and improved It’s Your Season website is “in the works”, and will include new products,e-commerce, and social media links so that you’ll know what’s happening.

DOING THE WORK AND LEARNING A LOT ALONG THE WAY
I can’t wait to reveal the new and improved website. I’m learning how to take better product photos, write copy, and survive on chocolate chip cookies and orange soda! Stay tuned. And remember, Change is good, don’t fight it! You’ll see the benefits!
